Vintage Stoneware Footwarmer Doorstop

An authentic vintage stoneware footwarmer / hot water bottle, with a glazed finish, which nowadays would make for a great looking doorstop.

It features a ceramic screw fitting cap with rubber seal and a flat base.

There is no manufacturer’s stamp on the piece to identify who made it, though the bottom is stamped “2 Pt”.

Circa 1930, this piece is in good condition for its age and use, with one small chip on the flat base and a chip on the screw cap.
