Vintage Oak Office Desk

This large vintage oak office desk, from the 1930’s, features a traditional twin pedestal design, a large wooden writing surface and five drawers and would be perfect for any office or study.

It is a well constructed piece, made from solid oak with dovetailed joints. Each pedestal, with detailed side panelling, holds two drawers – one small and one large which has interior dividers and a pull out work surface. In addition, there is a narrow drawer in the centre, with a brass escutcheon, but no key. All drawers have brass handles with a lovely aged patina.

This vintage oak desk is in great condition for its age, though does bear marks and wear consistent with its age and use.
