Vintage Industrial Lantern

This vintage industrial lantern was once used as a roadside or railway warning lamp and originally had a paraffin burner inside, which is no longer there.

It is stamped “RAYLOR” on the top and is most likely from the 1960’s.

We think it would be a great candle holder for outdoor entertaining! The back panel easily swings open to allow a pillar candle to be put inside.

This is a well worn piece, with rust and paint flakes, but this just adds to its character.
