Vintage Oak Tambour

This vintage oak tambour is from France. A “tambour” translates to a sliding, flexible, shutter or door. This versatile piece, with twelve compartments, is in great condition and could be used anywhere around the house, from an office filing cabinet, to a clothes or shoe storage unit.

Note: the top of the tambour has been replaced and is a slightly different colour to the rest, but does not detract from the piece at all.

This is a vintage piece so bears marks consistent with its age.
