These characterful vintage French stacking school chairs, have a colourful light blue steel tubular frame and birch plywood seats and backs.

Popular in the 1950’s and 1960’s, these authentic chairs were found not only in schools, but in hospitals, community centres and church halls, as they took up much less space when stacked.

These vintage stacking school chairs are ideal for the home, a cafe or restaurant, or an office, wanting a vintage look.

The chairs are in good condition, though do have noticeable surface marks and age-related wear consistent with their age and use.
