Vintage American Fire Extinguisher

This vintage American fire extinguisher was made by a company called ALFCO – the American-LaFrance Foamite Corporation, who manufactured soda-acid fire extinguishers from the early to mid-1900’s. This is model number 351 and is likely to have been made in 1930’s – 1940’s.

Our vintage American fire extinguisher is made from highly polished solid copper and features a brass plate around the exterior with instructions engraved on and is in excellent condition, though is a decorative piece only. Place this characterful piece next to your open log or coal fire or log burner to make this a conversation piece in the room.
